LIFE SAVING and INSTRUCTOR COURSE
ASA offers a unique two in one life saving course which integrates the syllabus from the Life Saving Society of Malaysia (LSSM) and International Life Saving (ILS).
Candidates who succesfully fulfills the requirements will be awarded the Bronze Medallion and ILS certificates which is the minimum qualification for life savers.
The syllabus is structured to impart theory and ensure sufficient practical exposure to real life emergencies.
Course covers first aid, rescue techniques, CPR, endurance and an examination.
Potential candidates should be 16years old and above and able to swim at least 50meters.
Holders of Brown Medallion can progress to instructor level.
